Sacramento Permanent Jewelry offers free shipping on all orders within the United States. Free shipping is not available for international orders, expedited shipping, or oversized items. 8. No Refunds
All purchases of Sacramento Permanent Jewelry’s products, gift cards, services deposits, academy deposits, and payment plans are non-refundable, and Sacramento Permanent Jewelry does not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, except as required by law.
